Treat yourself to a gentle session of Yin yoga and cannabis enhancements uniquely sequenced to encourage sleep. Created and led by Fly Club's Yin yoga teacher, Stephanie Sack, this 75-minute experience has been curated from her own lifelong struggles with insomnia. From the opening breath-work to the final silent Savasana, Snooze-a-Palooza is all about getting to sleep and staying asleep, particularly during times of acute stress. Low lighting, special eye pillows, the beautiful sounds of chiming bells, and a slow series of serenity-enhancing Yin yoga poses encourage the body to soften toward an evening of restorative slumber. Enhancements from cannabis company Aeriz will focus on the Indica strain and CBN, a component of the cannabis molecule that can bring on a pleasant drowsiness.
