FAQ

  • What should I know before taking my first class?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and use the call box downstairs to dial us. You can find the studio name by scrolling through the call box. Press the green phone button once and we'll buzz you in. While we welcome drop-in participants with “wings” wide open, Fly Club strongly encourages clients to reserve their space in class ahead of time. Regrettably, classes with less than 3 participants are subject to cancellation no later than 6 hours prior to scheduled class start, as this ensures we are able to adequately notify affected staff and students. -- Due to COVID-19 in person classes are limited to one person per pole or 8 people per non-pole class to main 6ft apart until restrictions are lifted. Please visit https://www.flyclub.studio/covid-19 for more information
  • What should I wear and bring to class?
Great question! Here are some things to consider before your Fly Club class. Avoid using lotion or oils before class as you will not be able to stick to the pole. If you have very dry skin, we recommend using Corn Huskers Lotion. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend shorts and a sports bra for pole as the more skin you have exposed, the easier it is to stick to the pole. Heels in pole classes are always optional, socks work well too. For movement and floorwork classes, it always helps to bring leggings and knee pads. We offer these items for purchase as well. For yoga and movement classes wear yoga pants, tank, bra, or shorts. Bring a mat and towel, if you have one. We provide yoga mats for $2 if you don't have one. -- Due to COVID-19, we are no longer supplying mats, blocks, or straps until restrictions are lifted. Please visit https://www.flyclub.studio/covid-19 for more information
  • How do I sign up for class?
We ask students to sign up online before coming to the studio. This is to ensure that you've signed the liability waiver and read our Terms & Conditions. To sign up for regular drop in classes, visit https://flyclub.studio/classes
  • Do you limit class sizes?
The size of our classes depends on the type of class. We try to accomodate 2-3 people per pole in our pole classes. Our yoga and movement classes is typically alloted for up to 20-25 people. -- Due to COVID-19 in person classes are limited to one person per pole or 8 people per non-pole class to main 6ft apart until restrictions are lifted.
