FAQ

  • What should I expect when arriving for my first class at Fly Club, and is it necessary to reserve a spot?
When arriving for your first class at Fly Club, it's essential to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, use the call box located downstairs and scroll through to find our studio name. Once found, press the green phone button, and we'll buzz you in. Although we warmly welcome drop-in participants with "wings" wide open, we strongly encourage clients to reserve their space in class ahead of time. This helps us manage class sizes and ensure everyone has a fantastic experience. Fly Club offers premier pole dance, yoga, and mind-body fitness classes in Chicago, IL, and we look forward to helping you soar to new fitness heights.
  • What should I wear and how should I prepare for my first pole dance class at Fly Club?
Great question! Here are some things to consider before your Fly Club class. 1. Avoid using lotion or oils before class as you will not be able to stick to the pole. If you have very dry skin, we recommend using Corn Huskers Lotion. 2. Wear whatever you are comfortable in. We recommend shorts and a sports bra for pole as the more skin you have exposed, the better you will be able to grip and maneuver around the pole. At Fly Club, we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone, so choose attire that makes you feel confident and ready to move. 3. Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a small towel if you tend to sweat. We can’t wait to see you in class and help you elevate your fitness journey!
  • How do I sign up for class?
We ask students to sign up online before coming to the studio. This is to ensure that you've signed the liability waiver and read our Terms & Conditions. To sign up for regular drop in classes, visit https://flyclub.studio/classes
  • What is the maximum class size for different types of classes at Fly Club?
At Fly Club, we ensure a comfortable and effective learning environment by tailoring our class sizes to the type of class. For our pole dancing classes, we limit the class to 2 people per pole to ensure that each participant receives ample attention and practice time. Meanwhile, our flexibility and movement classes can accommodate approximately 20 people, allowing for a supportive yet spacious setting. This structured approach helps us maintain the high quality of instruction and individualized attention that Fly Club is known for.

  • What is your class cancellation policy?
There is a 6-hour cancellation policy for all Fly Club classes. Class cancellation may be completed via online scheduler or email info-at-flyclub.studio. Members will also be charged $20 in the event of late cancels and/or no-shows or a $10 late/no-show fee for Open Studio. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
  • Do you have a late policy?
To keep our students and teachers safe, we lock the doors during class at the class start time. Doors open 30 minutes prior to class and remain open for 30 minutes after the end of class. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to class start time to avoid being late. Clients will be unable to enter a class if they have arrived past class start. Clients who arrive after class start time will be regarded as a “no-show” and assessed the corresponding charge of $20, or $10 for Open Studio. We thank you in advance for your assistance in creating optimal class experiences!
