Service Description

This class is for solid intermediate and advanced level students wishing to explore dynamic tricks, power moves, and innovative transitions. Strength training and conditioning will be emphasized, as well as increased flexibility gains - key components for successful advanced pole practice. This class follows the following rotation: Sexy, Flexy, Static, & Spin. Be sure to check our stories and get in where you fit in! Prerequisites: Proficient climbing abilities, competent aerial inverts, and spin pole experience required.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
