With a mixture of static and dynamic drills, both on AND off the pole, acquire the strength and muscle engagement needed to successfully tackle advanced tricks and dramatically reduce the risk of injury. Afterwards, put all that heat you’ve generated to good use with a thorough stretch session to prepare you for front and middle splits, bender back, and more open arms and shoulders. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
