Service Description

Aerial Graffiti gives you the strength and flexibility needed to live your best lyra life! Suspended in the air on this circular metal apparatus, you will learn to create beautiful shapes below, inside, and above the hoop. Conditioning exercises are provided to give you strength, coordination, and body awareness. You will also explore various entries, exits, and transitions with the apparatus, including flipping, turning, rolling, and posing between positions. As you progress, you will experience longer and more fluid sequences. No prior experience required. Drop-ins welcome!

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
