Service Description
Slink and slide your way through this sensual, commanding maze of movement in this intermediate-level sequence-based class for lovers of low flow. Learn to navigate the bottom third of the pole, with an emphasis on movement quality, heel technique, transitions, and shape creation. Heels are optional; kneepads/legwarmers are recommended. Prerequisites: Not suitable for complete beginners. Familiarity with various hand grips (true, cup, twisted etc.), and basic understanding of pirouettes and weight transfer required. Recommended prior low flow experience and/or a minimum of five (5) Elements of Sexy classes.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
