WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
For yoga, dressing in layers is always a good approach. Wear clothing that feels good on your body and is comfortable to move around in.
For pole, we recommend shorts/capris and a tank top/sports bra. The more skin you have exposed, the easier it is to stick!
WHICH CLASS TO TAKE?
We have classes to fit all needs and levels. If you're new to pole, we have two required introduction classes that give you a sneak peek into our popular pole courses. Check out the schedule for our Cherry Popper and Ticket To Ride Class to get started!
If you are looking to find more of a wholistic balance to your regiment, we have yoga classes for all levels to balance the mind and body.

We offer pole classes for everyone. Whether you are just beginning or working your way through the competition circuit, the Fly Club community will meet your needs.
Foundational Classes: Pole Essentials, Elements of Sexy, Divine Intervention Series, Twirl Baby, Sky's The Limit Series.
Intermediate Classes: Teen Twirl, Pole Intermediate, Flexy Pole, Chair Werk, Exotic, Unleashed, Slink, Drip, FLOWertry.
Advanced Classes: Dominate Tricks, Adult Spin
Open Studio: All levels seeking to get more time on the pole.

We provide a space for you to tune into your body, connect to your breath, increase flexibility, and relieve anxiety from your day.
