WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

For yoga, dressing in layers is always a good approach. Wear clothing that feels good on your body and is comfortable to  move around in.


For pole, we recommend shorts/capris and a tank top/sports bra. The more skin you have exposed, the easier it is to stick! 

WHICH CLASS TO TAKE?

We have classes to fit all needs and levels. If you're new to pole, we have Teaser classes that give you a sneak peek into our popular pole courses. 

If you are looking to find more of a wholistic balance to your regiment, we have yoga classes for all levels to balance the mind and body.

CLASSES

POLE

We offer pole classes for everyone. Whether you are just beginning or working your way through the competition circuit, the Fly Club community will meet your needs.
 

  • Foundational Classes: Teaser, Pole Essentials, PoleR Xpress, Series. 

  • Intermediate Classes: Spinny, Pole Intermediate, Heels, Exotic, Pole Choreo, Unleashed.

  • Advanced Classes: Dominate Tricks

  • Open Studio: All levels seeking to get more time on the pole. 

YOGA

Balance your physical and mental practice in any of these powerful vinyasa classes.  We provide a space for you to tune into your body, connect to your breath, increase flexibility, and  relieve anxiety from your day. Vinyasa yoga classes help you develop deep inner core muscles, increase your range of motion, and bring awareness to your mind and body. 
 

  • Flexibility and Strengthening Classes: All Levels Vinyasa

  • Meditation Classes: ZEN AF Yoga

  • Community Classes: Donation-Based Yoga Class

 

MOVEMENT

Dive deeper into your physical with these classes, designed to help you take your practices to the next level - for pole, yoga & life. Whether you desire increased strength or flexibility, these classes provide a path for you to over coming any plateaus. Combine these elements in Contemporary and truly explore your full range of movement.
