WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

For pole, we recommend shorts/capris and a tank top/sports bra. The more skin you have exposed, the easier it is to stick! 

For yoga, dressing in layers is always a good approach. Wear clothing that feels good on your body and is comfortable to  move around in.

We have classes to fit all needs and levels.

Looking for more of a holistic balance to your current fitness regiment? Check out our all-level flex & yoga classes for greater mind-body connection.

Our pole classes were designed to support & foster the most well-rounded movers. Whether you are just beginning or working your way through the competition circuit, our Fly Club community can meet your needs.
 

  • Foundational Classes: Pole Essentials,  Twirl, Baby,  Elements of Sexy,  & Flutter

  • Intermediate Classes:  Pole Intermediate, Teen Twirl, Slink, FlexyPole,  Chair WERK,  & Base Instinct

  • Advanced Classes: Dominate Tricks,  Adult Spin, & Prowl

  • Series: Sky's the Limit; Up, Up, & Away;  Nirvana; Throb; Euphoria; Divine Intervention

  • Open Studio: Personal practice sessions for all levels; self-led, no instruction provided

Balance your physical and mental practice in any of these powerful yoga-based classes.  We provide a space for you to tune into your body, connect to your breath, increase flexibility, and relieve anxiety from your day. Our yoga classes help you develop deep inner core muscles, increase your range of motion, and bring awareness to your mind and body so that you can progress your movement journey while keeping your body happy and healthy. 
 

  • Flexibility and Strengthening Classes: Community Yoga, Yoga For Inversions, Flex

  • Meditation + Restorative Classes: ZEN AF Yoga, Yoga For Shoulders

MOVEMENT

Located in the heart of the South Loop in Chicago, Fly Club is a lifestyle wellness studio that empowers the unconventional and embraces the extraordinary, with self-discovery through pole dance, yoga, movement, and community.
