Service Description

This 60 minute restorative yoga class is designed to steady your mind and focus on the inner sensations of the body to relieve anxiety, bring awareness, and promote inner peace through a unique combination of meditative exercises, traditional poses and passive stretches that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
