Service Description

Acquire the spin pole fundamentals necessary for the use, control, and manipulation of speed while performing simple shapes, upright holds, and climbs. Classes are comprised of an efficient warm-up, conditioning exercises, and the spin pole combo/pass of the day. Learn beginner transitions, how to maintain flow, and how to manage directionality changes.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
