Service Description
Master the art of spin pole with control and ease, while exploring innovative, shapes, holds, and climbs. Classes are comprised of an efficient warm-up, conditioning exercises, and the spin pole combo/pass of the day. Learn to perfect transitions, maintain flow, and manage directionality changes. Prerequisites: Competent climbs (forearm & side), aerial inverts, and leg hang proficiency required.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
