About the Event
In this workshop, Nyxon will draw upon the vast experience of musical theater, acting, vocal training, and methodology she learned while in WWE developmental territry, via acting coaches Peggy Sheffield and the iconic, Dusty Rhodes - the American Dream. Utilizing ice breakers, Nyxon will first help participants get into character, then share choreography which will be executed in a variety of ways to allow your character to break free AND come to life! Bring a way to tkae notes and an open mind for this performance-based workshop.
Miss Nyxon is a consummate performer, down to her witchy bones! Having grown up in the professional wrestling industry, hailing from the iconic wrestling dynasty Los Guerreros, Nyxon has been in front of audiences of thousands since the tender age of 13. Nyxon has been a professional wrestler, ring announcer, dancer, and stunt woman. Currently, she is a dancer and choreographer for The Vaudettes, an internationally touring rock-n-roll dance troupe. When she isn't teaching or costuming, Nyxon is taking the Chicago burlesque scene by storm! Find her performing at Untitled, The Drifter, Bordel, The House of Blues, and more.
