Acquire the fundamentals related to spin pole necessary for the use, control and manipulation of speed while simultaneously performing simple shapes, upright holds, and climbs. Classes are comprised of an efficient warm-up, conditioning exercises, and the spin pole combo/pass du jour.

About the Event
Cost: $30 ; non-refundable.
Getting into the building: Access the call box for Fly Club to gain entrance to the building. Walk straight ahead and take the elevator to the 4th floor. Our studio is the hot pink door on your right; Suite 410.
Parking: Ample metered street parking on Michigan and surrounding streets. $4 paid parking lot adjacent to the CTA Cermak/Chinatown stop.
