Floor to Flying with Static Spin

For my static spin lovers or those who want to learn to love it. Let’s add some gusto to those basic spins, find some variations, and throw in some wild ones, as well. We’ll take these spins from the ground and find ways to get on the pole while maintaining some killer rotation.

Pre-requisites: basic invert, comfortable holding body weight on the pole with hands, one-armed chair spin
