Escape the midday monotony and boost your pole game with Nooner, our mixed-level wild card class created to keep things fun, fresh, & progressive. Each week, a specific skill will be featured - from spins and climbs to dynamic transitions or power tricks - and woven into pole combos & transitions - on both spin & static modes. Develop new pathways, deeper control, and a scrumpdiddlyumptious “I should dip off at lunch more often” afterglow. Return to work looking slightly disheveled - we won't tell! Prerequisites: Not suitable for complete beginners. Recommended prior pole intermediate/teen twirl experience.
