Service Description
Ready to bend beyond the basics? This introductory contortion class blends active and passive flexibility techniques to safely build strength, mobility, and body awareness. Focus on opening the hips, shoulders, spine, and legs through dynamic drills and deep stretches designed to meet you where you’re at. Each class will culminate in a floor-based flow sequence inspired by traditional contortion shapes—think dramatic backbends, leg extensions, and fluid transitions that bring everything together in a graceful, grounded expression. Whether you're aiming for deeper flexibility, improved control, or just want to move in new ways, this class is your entry point into the art of bending beautifully. No contortion experience needed—just a curious body and an open mind.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
