This sequence-based class fuses together tricks & trans(itions) to reinforce your mind-body connection and live your best flow life! Heels optional, knee pads/leg warmers are strongly encouraged. Every-body is welcome.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
