This restorative yoga class is designed to steady your mind and focus on the inner sensations of the body to relieve anxiety, bring awareness, and promote inner peace through a unique combination of meditative exercises, traditional poses and passive stretches that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
MIXED POLE - 3/25
Pole for beginner and intermediate students. Focus on fluid transitions from the floor onto the pole via spins, inversions, and various climbing techniques. Intermediate tricks, leg hangs, and more intricate combinations will be introduced and explored. Must have a pole in your home.
