Service Description

Join us if you desire a more challenging and vigorous stretch, incorporating Mongolian and Russian style contortion techniques, stretches, and poses. Engage in a variety of exercises for complete stretch of your hips, legs, spine, and shoulders, in addition to active flexibility techniques for increased muscle control and health. We will focus on extending both your passive and active flexibility for oversplits, deep backbends, and forward folds. Please have cushions, blocks, or straps handy.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
