Master the art of spin pole with control and ease, while exploring innovative, shapes, holds, and climbs in this advanced level class. Warm up efficiently, conduct conditioning exercises, and experience the spin pole combo/pass of the day. Learn to perfect transitions, maintain flow, and manage directionality changes. Prerequisites: Competent climbs (forearm & side), aerial inverts, and leg hang proficiency required.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid being charged a $20 late cancel/no-show fee. Open Studio $10 late cancel/no-show fee. Private lessons require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All purchases are non-refundable, but may be transferred when provided with a minimum of 6 hour notice.
